Everything below is open to you from the day you join, and stays open for as long as you’re a member.

What’s included

Here is exactly what opens in your portal the day you join. If it is not on this page, it is not in the club.

Your membership includes the whole course.

All eight modules of the 8-Week Weight Loss Nutrition Program — the same course that sells on its own for $175 — open in your portal the day you join. Not a preview, and not just the first module: the whole thing, with its 14 printable worksheets and guides, the versions you fill in right in your browser on any device, the three check-ins between the modules, and the survey at the end. It stays open for as long as your membership is running.

  • ✓ The members’ discussion under every article on the blog — all nine of them. It’s open to members and course students only, and that’s deliberate: it’s where I answer questions, and I can actually keep up with it.
  • ✓ Your own portal, on any device, with no password to remember — you ask for a sign-in link and it lands in your email.

What is not in it

There are no weekly menus, grocery lists or meal plans in the club today. They aren’t built yet, and I’m not going to take your money for them before they are. The recipe videos are free to everyone and always have been — you don’t need to join to watch them.

How joining works

  1. You tick the box and choose Join

    That takes you to Stripe’s own secure checkout page. KaTrina never sees or holds your card details — Stripe handles the payment end to end.

  2. You pay $29.87 for your first month

    That’s $29 plus the 3% card processing fee, itemised on the page before you confirm and on every receipt. It renews monthly at the same amount until you stop it.

  3. Your account is made for you, straight away

    As soon as the payment clears, an account is created against the email you used at checkout — you don’t set a password. A welcome email lands with a link that signs you in.

  4. You land in your member portal

    Everything the club includes is already there — nothing else to set up or unlock. After that you can sign in any time from the portal page — enter your email, and a fresh sign-in link is sent to you.

And if you want to stop

Cancel any time — use the cancellation link on your Stripe receipt, or email katrina@ksgnutrition.com from the address on your account. You keep access to the end of the month you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. Part-months and past months are not refunded, so cancel before your renewal date: a cancellation made after a renewal has been charged takes effect at the end of that month. This is set out in full in the terms, and it is what you are agreeing to below.
