Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use ksgnutrition.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how to get it back or get it deleted.

Effective 28 August 2026Last updated 28 August 2026

The short version

We collect the least we can get away with. We do not sell your information, we run no advertising trackers, and we set no cookies — which is why there is no cookie banner on this site. We never see your card number. If you want to know what we hold, or want it gone, email katrina@ksgnutrition.com and we will sort it out.

The detail below is the part that actually governs, so it is worth a read.

01Who we are

KATRINA SAMUELS LLC, an Arizona limited liability company trading as KaTrina Samuels Nutrition, operates ksgnutrition.com. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means anyone who visits the site, fills in a form, buys something, or holds a member account.

  • Email: katrina@ksgnutrition.com
  • Postal address: [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS — to be added]

We are based in Arizona, USA, and the site is intended for people in the United States.

02What we collect, and why

We only collect what a page actually needs. Nothing on this site quietly profiles you in the background, and there is no advertising tracking anywhere on it.

Where it comes fromWhat we receiveWhy
Contact formName, email, what you’re interested in, your messageTo read and answer you
Group coaching waitlistName, email, your goal, any notes you addTo tell you when a cohort opens
Free meal-plan generatorEmail, calorie target, and any dietary restrictions you tickTo email you the plan you built. We do not ask for your location and we do not look up prices anywhere
Buying a plan, the course, or a membershipEmail, what you bought, the amount, the date, and the reference numbers our payment processor gives usTo deliver what you paid for and keep a record of the sale
Member accountEmail, membership status, and whether you have course accessTo sign you in and unlock what you’ve paid for
Comments on articlesThe display name you choose, your email, and what you writeTo show your comment to other members and let us moderate
Just visitingStandard server records kept by our host, including IP address, browser type and the pages requestedTo keep the site running and secure

We never see your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe on their own pages and systems. Your full card details are never transmitted to, or stored on, this website.

03Health-related information

Some of what you can send us touches on your health — a dietary restriction you tick in the meal-plan tool, a goal you type into the booking form, something you mention in a message. You choose whether to share any of it, and you can use most of the site without sharing any.

We use that information only to answer you or to give you the thing you asked for. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to target advertising, because we do not run advertising.

Please don’t send us medical records, test results, or details of a diagnosis through the website forms. They are ordinary web forms, not a clinical system, and the information you send through them is not a medical record. This site sells general nutrition education and group programs; it does not provide medical nutrition therapy, and we are not acting as a HIPAA covered entity when you use it.

04Cookies, and what we store in your browser

This is shorter than most sites can manage, so it’s worth stating plainly:

  • We set no cookies of our own, and there are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
  • There is no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag, and no third-party tracker following you between sites.
  • If you sign in to the member area, your browser stores one item locally — a sign-in token, under the key sb-pxozawgexohpzcornhlr-auth-token. It exists so you stay signed in, and it is deleted when you sign out or clear your browser data. Nothing else is kept.

Because we set no tracking cookies, you will not see a cookie consent banner here. If that ever changes — for example if we add website analytics — we will update this policy and say so before it goes live.

05Who else touches your information

We use a small number of established companies to actually run the site. They process information on our instructions, for the purposes below, and not for their own marketing.

ProviderWhat it does for usWhere
SupabaseOur database, member sign-in, and the private storage that holds purchased meal-plan filesUnited States (US West)
StripeTakes payments and manages subscriptions. Stripe receives your payment details directly and handles them under its own privacy policyUnited States
HostingerHosts the website and our emailUnited States
ResendDelivers the emails we send youUnited States (US East)
Google FontsServes the typefaces the site is set in. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google receives your IP addressGlobal
jsDelivrServes one open-source JavaScript library the site uses, which likewise means it receives your IP addressGlobal

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a buyer if the business is ever sold — in which case this policy would follow your information to the new owner.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are used in United States state privacy laws.

06Email

There are two different kinds of email from us.

Emails you asked for — the meal plan you generated, a receipt, a download link, a reply to your message, or something about your membership. These are part of the service and you cannot unsubscribe from them while you hold an account, though you can close the account.

Emails about what we offer — new plans, articles, when a group cohort opens. You get these because you gave us your email through the site. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away. You can also just reply and ask us to stop.

07How long we keep it

  • Form enquiries and waitlist entries — while we are talking, and then for up to two years so we can pick up where we left off.
  • Purchase and membership records — at least seven years, because tax and accounting rules require it.
  • Comments — until you or we remove them.
  • Marketing email addresses — until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record afterwards so that we do not email you again by accident.

08Your choices

Whatever state you live in, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you;
  • correct anything that is wrong;
  • delete it, where we are not required to keep it (purchase records are the main exception); or
  • stop sending you marketing.

Email katrina@ksgnutrition.com and we will deal with it. We will not charge you, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

California residents

The California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. As set out above, we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the other rights apply, and you exercise them at the address above. You may use an authorised agent.

Elsewhere

Several other states now have comparable privacy laws, and more are taking effect over time. Our practice is to extend the rights above to everyone who asks, rather than track which ones apply to whom. This site is aimed at people in the United States and is not directed at the EU or UK.

09Children

This site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Our products and programs are intended for people aged 18 or over. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Purchased files sit in private storage and are handed out only through short-lived links issued after we have confirmed the payment with Stripe — they are not sitting on a public URL. Member content is checked on the server, not just hidden in the page.

That said, no website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

11Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and move the “last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant — adding analytics, say, or a new category of information — we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing the text.
